Educational Background: Marsha Lane has a Masters of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southwestern University (1990) and a Bachelors of Science degree in Education from the University of South Florida (1967). She became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 1992.
Professional Experience: Mrs. Lane is the Program Manager at Success 4 Kids & Families, a non-profit organization. She has been employed at Success 4 Kids & Families since its inception in the year 2000. Ms. Lane is certified as a facilitator and trainer for Family Team Meetings. She has also presented training in System of Care/Wraparound Principles.
Mrs. Lane has been employed in the School System of Hillsborough County Department of Social Work. She was then employed as the Executive Director of a non-profit foundation at Tampa General Hospital. After completing her graduate work, Ms. Lane worked as a private practice clinician specializing in Child and Family Counseling. She then became the first Executive Director of the Children’s Advocacy Center with the 13th Judicial Circuit.
In the community, Mrs. Lane is a member of the Junior League of Tampa and she has served on a variety of community/professional boards. She is a member of Professional Associations including Florida Counselors Association and the American Association of Counselors. Mrs. Lane is married to Logan Lane and has two children, and one grandson.
