Successful Kids

• Successful Kids is one of our newest programs that aims to assist Hillsborough County families with children age 0-17 who are not insured (or insurance benefits do not cover needed services)  and who are not eligible for Medicaid.  Successful Kids fills the gap!
  
  Does your child need:
  help in school?
  help making and keeping friends ?  
  help with challenging behavior?
  help accessing medical and health services?
  
  With our help, your family will develop a Family Support Plan that will guide you in the selection of the services and supports your child needs.  We utilize Family Centered Planning so you have control over the types of services your family receives and who provides those services, based on what you decide is important.  You will have a voice, by making the choice!
