4th Dimension Academy The mission of 4th Demension Academy is to create a positive change and help develop personal growth in the lives of struggling students. This program is an Accredited Education Program dedicated and committed to providing an education to children in the 6th-12th grade age-group who either are or can be designated disabled by virtue of a physical, mental or emotional impairment as identified by the Individuals with Disabilities Educatio Improvement Act (IDEA) of 2004, or whose children who are struggling or failing in school for other reasons.

ACTS - Agency for Community Treatment Services Agency for Community Treatment Services, Inc. (ACTS) is a not-for profit, charitable organization incorporated in 1978. The original mission of the organization was to serve as the single manager for alcoholism services for Hillsborough County. Currently, ACTS’ mission has expanded to include other drugs as well as services for children abusing substances and children in the state's dependency and delinquency service systems.

Board of County Commissioners There are seven members of the Board of County Commissioners for Hillsborough County. Four are elected from single-member districts, and three are elected county wide. The Board approves the County's operating and capital budgets and the County's capital improvement program. It may take action on any programs for the improvement of the county and the welfare of its residents.

Crisis Center of Tampa Bay The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay Inc.is a private nonprofit organization that provides services for the local region. Crisis Center services and programs include crisis and suicide intervention and community resource referral, daily reassurance phone calls to the homebound elderly or disabled, short term economic assistance with case management, protective travel assistance, medical and/or mental health patient transportation, sexual abuse counseling for children and adults, forensic medical exams for sexual assault survivors, continuing education events, and volunteer opportunities.
DACCO DACCO (Drug Abuse Comprehensive Coordinating Office, Inc.) was incorporated as a not-for-profit agency in 1973 through the leadership of representatives from the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, the Chamber of Commerce, United Way and other organizations. Initially, DACCO provided drug abuse planning, coordination and monitoring for local governmental units. In 1975, DACCO received funding to provide drug treatment services. Over the 30 years of existence, DACCO has expanded to a major comprehensive community-based substance abuse service system reaching over 25,000 persons annually through prevention, intervention and treatment programs to primarily Hillsborough County residents.

Family Support and Resource Centers The Family Support & Resource Centers are regionally located throughout Hillsborough County (Town 'N Country, Brandon, and in North Tampa at University Square Mall) to meet the needs of families from all walks of life. All programs and services at the Centers are free of charge to any family or individual.
Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health The Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health serves, with humility and determination, to provide and sustain leadership for a broad and deep nation-wide network of family-run organizations. We harness the passion and we honor the cultural diversity of our national membership and help focus it as a potent force for change in behalf of children with mental health needs and their families.
Florida Health Partners The primary mission of Florida Health Partners, Inc. (FHP) is the delivery of high quality behavioral health services to Medicaid Enrollees. FHP is owned by a group of local mental health and substance abuse providers (Florida Behavioral Health, Inc.) and ValueOptions, Inc., a national managed behavioral health care organization. FHP was originally established under Florida statutes on October 1, 1993. FHP began operations in March 1996 to manage the delivery of mental health services to Medicaid Medipass members in Hillsborough, Hardee, Highlands, Manatee, and Polk Counties. FHP was unique in that it was one of the first joint ventures between local behavioral health providers and a managed care company. The providers contribute knowledge of local communities and consumers while ValueOptions contributes managed care strategies and best practices. The goal of FHP has been to provide timely access to appropriate services that produce positive treatment outcomes with high consumer satisfaction.

Healthy Start Promoted by then-Governor Lawton Chiles, Healthy Start was established by the 1991 Florida Legislature to help reduce Florida's high infant mortality and improve the lives of pregnant women. The Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health (FFCMH) Spanish Chapter, Familias Latinas Dejando Huellas – Capitulo Tampa Bay, supports Spanish speaking families by providing information on services that are available for children with serious emotional and mental health needs.

For more than 20 years, PACE has advocated for the systemic changes needed within juvenile justice to more effectively assist girls.
