No matter what you've been told or how others have treated you, know that you deserve to feel safe and loved in a way that is meaningful to you. You deserve to feel peace, happiness. You deserve to be treated with empathy and compassion. You are more than enough just as you are.

It's okay if it doesn't seem like it's getting better. It's okay if it takes years to heal from what happened to you. It's okay if it takes time, if you have to sit with uncomfortable thoughts, if you don't immediately heal. Healing is not linear. But the Crisis Center is here for you.

I know the pain of missing a family member and the joy to recover them and not losing hope. I know the pain of losing a family member forever too. I know the pain of being a silent survivor too. But Never lose hope. Never quit life! Life can survive anything! You are loved!

Think of life like a trampoline. The lower you go on it, the higher you'll end up flying.

Remember to give yourself patience and grace during difficult times. Be kind to yourself.

There is no shame in asking for help. Even when it doesn't seem like it, everything is figureoutable. Please ask for the help.

I don't have answers or advice, but I want you to know that you are not alone. Whatever you're feeling right now is real and you deserve to be heard. Please don't ever feel afraid or ashamed to ask for help. Please call the 211 number. Someone is there to listen to you.

I waited until I was 69 yrs old to tell my story of childhood abuse and neglect to someone I could trust. It set me free and allowed me to be more open in all aspects of my life. Carrying the secret is the worse kind of prison. Don't wait to tell your story.

You have nothing to prove and everything to share. Even in the darkest, most desperate times, there is always some sort of solution or answer or idea. You're not ever expected to figure it out entirely on your own. You can do this.

Someone cares about you and wants to see you succeed! There are always options, even when it seems like there aren't. Take a deep breath.

If nobody has told you today, you are loved, and you are amazing. No matter how bad things get, always remember, that you have been placed in this world for a reason. That reason is to live it.

There are endless tomorrows of people who will love you, who will encourage you and add timber to your fire until you light up a room. Please hang on for them. Please look out for them. Someone cares.

You're so special. More amazing than you even realize & your potential is uncapped.
