As an agency that provide services to many at risk populations, we take seriously our obligation to protect those we serve, therefore Pursuant to FL Statute Chapter 435, S4KF, Inc. requires all applicants to pass a pre-employment FDLE Level II, local criminal background checks and a drug screens.

Prior criminal convictions do not automatically disqualify candidates for employment. Convictions are reviewed and a determination is based on type of conviction, number of convictions, final disposition, and when the offense occurred. S4Kf is not able to make employment offers to candidates who do not receive an “Eligible” status from Department of Children and Families based on their FDLE Level II background screen.
